NOTES:-

¹ 弱さ / yowasa = weakness or tenderness but I switched to meekness because well it's a moment of love haha 

² 君と = with you. So alternatively: That day I exchanged promises with you 

³ 思い出せず / omoidasezu = cannot remember or recall; it doesn't mean forgetful; I've translated it this way for fancy purposes lol 

⁴ 退屈な / taikutsuna = also mean boring 

⁵ in Japanese lyrics there's no particularity to this dress but in English translation particle is required so used “the” since it's anyways related to the lover 

⁶ this line is about the subject (the one who's singing) asking the absent lover to tell him that he's going mad as in confirming, or best, inciting the lover to become present 

⁷ memories, love, feelings, promise everything 

**** the lines with「今は二人 ima wa futari」&「忘れないで wasurenaide」imply that the subject might be talking to himself because these phrases seem like third person speech. Nonetheless, I've translated futari to “we” as in now both of ‘us’ can not remember instead of them as in now ‘they’ can not remember.
