NOTES:-

¹ the ば and たら (ba and tara) verb forms are used for the conjunction if. Buuuut it is also used the way both the sentences have been translated, that is, saying if but in a manner of questioning. It's just another way of saying something. 

Example: “If” you leave your worries for a while it'll make you feel better.

Alternatively: “How about” letting your worries be for a while? It'll make you feel better.
